Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

Contact Customer Care as soon as possible with your Order ID.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the applicable return/refund policy will apply.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible prepaid cancellations, the applicable refund will be initiated after cancellation confirmation.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank/payment provider.
